FRAME : The Ventilator frame is made out of CRCA Steel Sheet . The size of section is 50*30 mm and and thickness is 18G 2. LUYERS : In case of Steel Luyers they are made of 1.00mm thick steel strips pressed for reinforcement. In case of glass Luyers suitable glass holding clips are welded in the frame for holding the glass. 3. HOLDFASTS : Four Nos. Size 3*25*150mm Welded/folding type, to the frame. The ventilalors are chemically treated using 3 in 1 special chemical for degreasing, Derusting and Phosphating. After this treatment the Ventilator is spray coated with zimpholite grey primer of any standard Company and then after, oven baked for longlife, surface hardness and better finish.
